Please note that plants are vulnerable during the shipping process and may arrive with minor cosmetic damage. Plants with high variegation are especially susceptible to things like edema and browning in transit or if not kept in the proper conditions or given the proper care after arrival.

This plant will ship UPS 2 Day Air (where available) at no additional cost.Β
We always ship on Monday, or Tuesday if there's a holiday, to avoid any weekend delays. Orders placed Tuesday through Saturday will go out the next Monday. Orders placed on Sunday or Monday will go out the following Monday.
At this time we do not ship internationally.

Heat packs, cold packs and/or insulation will be included at no additional cost as necessary. We reserve the right to delay shipping until there are favorable temperatures both here and at the destination address. If a delay is required, we'll contact you promptly to discuss.

We offer (and even prefer - much less stressful for the plants!) local pick-up. If you would like to grab your plant in-person, please contact us to make a custom listing (sans shipping cost) and arrange a pick-up time.
