Florida Ghost Philodendron (sometimes also referred to as Florida Ghost "Mint.")
A unique and beautiful variant of Philodendron Florida (a hybrid of Philodendron Pedatum and Philodendron Squamiferum) whose leaves come in a very light minty green (sometimes almost white) and slowly fade down to a darker green over time.
Providing the plant more light will help bring out that initial lighter color. (Not enough light and you'll see your leaves start coming out much greener.)
Hands down one of my all time favorite Philodendron.
