Variegated Philodendron Micans Aurea (Also known as Aurea Micans, Variegated Micans or, more recently, Micans Pink Ferrari, Micans Red Ferrari or Micans Pink and Gold.) (I know, I know. Like, just pick a name already.)
Variegated leaves can display shades of pink, yellow, orange and cream. More light can encourage more pink growth in a process known as "sun stressing."
